We always love to stay here. It is very clean, extremely welcoming staff and the location is the Best in Fort Smith. There is so much you can see and do within 1-2 blocks from this location. From framers market, best coffee, neat little shops and restaurants. And all the historical sites to see as well. Beautiful river walk. It's just the best place to stay in Fort Smith.

The booking website should post that the Hotel charges a $75 fee for a small dog. Price of room with pet fee was $225 and no free breakfast. No usb ports for phone or computer. Will not stay here again.
