Positives:
The hotel and room was nice. I like the fact that my name was on the screen upon arrival. I also like the fact that a rep texted me once I checked in and checked on me and made sure I didn’t need anything.
Negatives:
I didn’t like the fact that I paid the amount of money I did to be placed under a family with 5 young children, and it sounded like someone was bowling above me ALL night long. The first night I called and complained to the front desk which they stated they would speak with me, but it didn’t help. I even made mention to the rep that texted me to check how my stay was going and they apologized on the hotels behalf, but the second night was the exact same. I don’t believe it’s fair that I wasn’t able to enjoy my time there and was literally up all night and awoke by them at 5:40AM. So my stay wasn’t good.

Everything! Service was exceptional! Felt like a VIP from the moment we arrived. The screen with my name was a nice touch. Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and having a separate living and kitchen space was awesome! Breakfast was hot and tasty. coffee was good. The pool room was nice and warm, and the water temperature was just right. Oh and the infused water at the front, so refreshing.
