Positives: It was close to the sites I wanted to visit in Fort Smith and the staff was polite and helpful.

Negatives: There were no cups in the room! You could go get ice, but then nothing to put the ice in when you wanted to pour a drink. There was also a large unsightly table and broken sheet rock in the middle of a walkway that I'd rather not have seen.

Positives: Just I would like for y’all do a price match on other hotels price's. And also the price for the room a day is a bit expensive and may e consider lowering.
