The breakfast was very good and substantial. The ladies that the breakfast area were wonderful and took great care in serving us. the room was clean and the front desk texted us dai;y asking if we needed anything. Everyone was so friendly and accomodating. Juat wish the price had been less., but that was due to the eclipse and Hot Srping was in the center of totality. The room rate was escalated due to the event.

Room was spacious. Location across the street from Oaklawn Park was wonderful. Grounds are attractive with lots of green and picnic benches.
Negatives:
Rate of $566 for two nights with booking.com discount was outrageous because it was priced for the weekend of the eclipse, which we did not stick around for. Lighting in the room was very dim as there was no overhead lighting. Breakfast was mediocre at best, Fitness room was poor. It at least could have had a set of dumbbells.
