Clean and those at the front desk were extremely friendly. The fire pit outside looking over the water was also neat and relaxing.
Negatives:
The restaurant had limited choices which is fine but the food should be well prepared for the price you have to pay. The chicken was dry and inedible. Also, we wanted to eat in the dining area but they packed our food in to-go containers and gave us no silverware.

The property itself was amazing! The location was right near everything.
Negatives:
Some of the staff members including the manager were very standoffish and a tad bit rude. When you ask a question they cut you off and say what they have to say. I had a question about an over charge that was on my account and she cut me off and said I’m printing your receipt and you will only be charged what is on here. I work in an industry where customer service is a huge ordeal and regardless of how you feel and what you have going on being rude is not ok. You have a really nice establishment don’t let your attitude reflect on the company. There were two gentlemen there at check in who were very friendly to the people on the phone but when it came to corresponding with us we did not get the same friendly interaction. Even questioned if we were smokers which we are not then he became friendly upon us answering no to his question.

The staff explained to me that our booking did not include a balcony even though the Booking.com website printout showed that we did have a balcony reserved. They claim that they have explained that several times to you, but it has not been changed.
