The location is fantastic for walking to the historic downtown. The hot breakfast was good but the breakfast staff were exceptional, The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was great.

The carpet in our room was stained and failing. The cushions on the couch were also stained.

The only thing it was convenient to, was the convention center next door. Everything else is driving distance.
