Pleasant
Positives:
The hotel was clean, our room was perfectly comfortable and tidy. The staff was welcoming. There was a gym and a pool. (We didn’t get to enjoy the pool during our short stay, but it was there)
Negatives:
Breakfast was probably the only thing that really disappointed me. There was a time when “breakfast” at a hotel, even a bargain hotel, meant some eggs, or some kind of protein, or at the very least, a bowl of fruit would be offered. I try to be more health conscious with my and my children’s diet. There is also the problem that we have some food sensitivities to gluten and dairy, and one of my kids has Celiac disease. The “breakfast” offered was 100% processed, packaged, artificial, gluten laden junk. Not even a banana or an apple to hold you over until you could get out. For what we paid, I wouldn’t complain. This was the cheapest decent hotel in town. You get what you pay for. Totally understand. I’ve also, in the past, seen cheap little motels that promise “breakfast” and just put out a loaf of white bread and a jar of peanut butter. You really never know what you’re going to get. Everything else about this hotel was so nice, I was just bummed that only one if my kids could actually eat breakfast. (Also the coffee is TERRIBLE)

Positives:
The room was very roomy. The wifi and tv was nice. We got the room with the spa tub and the tub was nice.
Negatives:
The pillows were terrible. I even stacked them up and it wouldn't hold anything. They also cleaned our room Saturday and we had towels hanging on the shower rod but the maids took them and didn't even bring anything back. No wash clothes, smaller towels or towels at all. We was left with nothing and when we went to ask for some we was told they was out. We said they should have left the ones hanging up then and the person look at us like we was stupid. Our dirty ones would have been better then nothing. The maids also beat on the door very early Saturday morning as we was trying to sleep in since we wasn't checking out. Woke us up as they just kept on and then Sunday morning they beat on the door and even let themselves in at 8:45 Am when check out wasn't till 11:00. Just found that very rude.

Positives:
The location and how it’s not to far from other places that you would like to see and go
Negatives:
We had a 2 hour wait for our rooms to be clean. Zane the worker wasn’t pleasant about me wanting to know how long exactly would it be before we can check in after he said it would be about a 15-30 minutes. I requested an extra roll out bed when I reserved the room. I didn’t get the extra bed. There were no face towels and only one big towel in the room for a family of 6.
