Spacious room. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked properly in the rooms. The pool was heated. The breakfast accommodations were great. Friendly helpful staff. Always smiling no attitudes. Convenient location. Coffee was good. Water pressure in the shower was good.
Negatives:
All of the kids channels were blocked. The tvs were really small. Missing ice machine on our floor. Rusty and out of order work out equipment. Didn’t have easy access to towels in pool area. Pool area wasn’t as fancy as it was in pictures on website.

The night desk man was very nice and helpful. The concept of the free coffee in the lobby at all times (though the execution was lacking)
Negatives:
Breakfast was only okay, bare minimum for a hotel breakfast. The decaf coffee was cold every time I checked (there was supposed to be “all day coffee” in the lobby), and at breakfast. There was no regular creamer, only sweetened and flavored. The morning desk person didn’t show up the day I checked out so I had to just leave my key at the desk with a note.
