The bathroom was very clean.
Negatives:
The door to my room stuck and did not close on its own. The pool was not heated and was very cold. The front desk employee kept skipping me to help other guests when I requested help. Some of the hot breakfast was cold and was therefore hard to eat.

I was glad for the indoor pool since I love to swim and it was chilly outside, however, the water was not heated in the slightest. It was too cold to swim.

The man who made the cookies was great! I enjoyed talking with him. Lady at 3am was almost rude.
