Didn’t refund 2nd night stay April 11th that we didn’t stay. They said it was Booking.coms fault and the hotel itself was the ones that added a night in their facility. Not Booking.com. Very bad experience. No more Holiday Inn for us! ( 15 Years going to IHG)

The location was perfect. The staff was great, especially Vanessa. She was over the breakfast. She was friendly and very helpful. I forgot my purse and she immediately had it locked up in the office for me. She reassured that I got it back. We were there for a medical visit for my 5 year old. She reassured her with a hug and told her she would pray for her. She checked back on us the next day. She genuinely cared. That really meant a lot to us. Another person was extremely rude to Vanessa, she graciously responded to him, “I appreciate your patience with me.” She explained the reason breakfast was just a moment late was because the omelets were not quite ready. She did not seemed bothered at all by his rudeness. She continued working hard and being pleasant and friendly. I admire her work ethics and her positive spirit. The breakfast was hot and good with a nice selection. We enjoyed the biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, and good coffee. There was plenty more selection too. The hotel was clean and nice. Boston’s gourmet pizza was 400 feet from us and I got take out from there. It was fabulous! They had a great selection of food, not just pizza. The convenience was great. The dining area of holiday express was also great. It was clean and comfortable with nice furniture and a large screen tv. We enjoyed eating at the table and letting my child color in her new activity book.

The indoor pool was ice cold. My five year old has been through so much with her physical health. She loves swimming and she did play some in the ice cold pool. I could not join her due to I have arthritis and cannot tolerate the cold. I sat on the edge with my feet in the miserably cold water. There were 2 families that tried to swim as well and could not tolerate it either. Their children really tried to though. The mattresses and pillows were too firm for my taste. I left with a headache and back ache from lack of sleep for 2 nights and stress for what my child is going through. I couldn’t wait to get back to my own bed.

Breakfast was ok: most items not out and others cold. Gal in charge of breakfast was so sweet and doing her best.

Gal behind front desk was put out that we were checking in. Was too into her phone. Our room wouldn’t lock so we had to go down to desk and get a different room. That room didn’t have body wash or shampoo in the shower. WiFi wouldn’t work. Was not a good experience.

My security deposit of $50 is still on hold been for a week , the air unit didn't work in the room and some of the lights didn't in the king suite. I pay $150 before I got there then had to pay another $50 and the pool closes at 9p so not really much to enjoy there when the location isn't that great for view.

The hostess was rude and unprofessional and very irritating. She hounded the guests about the food, yelled among other things the entire time of breakfast.
Negatives:
The front desk clerk Asia was very unprofessional and rude, she had a dry, insulting, and sarcastic as well as disrespectful attitude. The tv in our room did not work, she makes insulting comments about the guest and everything else, while rolling her eyes. She has the wrong temperament and mannerisms for this type of job with the public.
