The hotel is clean and welcoming. It is in a PERFECT location close to the downtown area, water area and lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and venues. It's only about a block and a half to walk to all the cool sites. The rooms are large and the shower is awesome.
Negatives:
The beds were hard as a rock. I feel like it's time to switch out the mattresses. The housekeeping g lady could not help me to get the ice maker to work. The pool was not ready yet, they were just filling it the day I left (March 31).

The hotel is in a great location in the River Market district. Our room (as well as the bathroom) was very large and comfortable. It was useful to have a kitchen area. The staff were friendly. I can't comment on the breakfast as we regrettably didn't take advantage of it.

I did not eat breakfast there. It’s in a fairy good location. The pillows were little uncomfortable too hard. Cleaning staff was OK. Front desk was OK. I enjoyed talking to The maintenance guy. Rome was clean. For me the location is excellent. Every time that I come to Little Rock Arkansas are usually stay there. I believe that it’s in a very Good location. also, I think that cleaning staff should at least ask if everything is OK and your particular room front desk when passing by through lobby they should do the same if they are not busy doing something at the front desk that is another way of showing that you care about customers. That are staying in residence Inn.
