This is for sure a personal preference. But, I extremely dislike the smell of whatever the cleaning fluid is that is used to clean in the lobby. I think it is Fabuloso(?) it is too strong.

Positives:
The Lobby, elevators and hallways were all clean and welcoming. Our room was very clean, comfortable and yes, I checked the bedding. It was clean and fresh (no hair or bedbugs). Breakfast was plentiful and hot. Love the new coffee system. The receptionist who checked us in was friendly. We stay at this location every year as we travel south.

I made the reservation weeks prior, plaid in advance. When I went to the room after driving for 14 hours, I realized I did not get the room I paid for. When I called the front desk , Chris told me , " we can not give you the room you paid for because you booked it through a third party. "
I used booking. com. If Best Western company cannot honor their agreement with booking. com then why we the consumers are to suffer.
Chris stayed that if I would book directly with Hotel, then I would get what I paid for!
Why do you advertise your properties with booking.com when clearly you don't honor them?
this was really disappointing. I do want to know what the policy is when it comes to 3rd party and where does it says in the agreement that you do not honor the reservation, even if it is paid in advance.

Room was huge and amazing. My kids had lots of space to move around. Full kitchenette was great. Breakfast in morning was amazing.
