One of the beds was broken. Big lump in bed all the way across. Went to make coffee in the Keurig and it was cold. No heat in the bathrooms. For the price of the room there should have been some kind of breakfast. Instead there is a small bistro type restaurant. Elevator was out so we had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Booked room for one price. When we checked in was charged almost $30 more. Was too tired to complain at the time. Not worth the money spent.
