Nothing. Check in clerk wasnt pleasant at all. Charged a security deposit and pet fee for a room that was already nasty. Dirty floors mirrors toilet seat broken and tub stained.

Discarded mattresses and furniture thrown out around pool yard. Marijuana smell throughout second floor. Dirty mirrors and dust on light bulbs. Window seal not wiped. Advertised free breakfast signage everywhere. No breakfast. Claims due to Covid.

The guy at the front desk did not have good customer service and was rude. I didnt know we were gonna have to pay a deposit. Never said it on the website! Barely any lights in the room. Before checking out me and my boyfriend found a roach crawling on the wall.

The only thing I found decent was the room.

THE STAFF made my stay terrible. My room was already paid for when I went to check in. The front desk guy took forever to give me my room key because he wanted a hug. I repeatedly declined his offer and for another 5 minutes he kept asking WHILE HOLDING MY ROOM KEY. Finally after I kept saying maybe so he could give me my key I went straight to my car and cried. This man made me so uncomfortable I didnt even want to check into my room. When I went outside I called a friend to come so he can help me get my things inside without making the front desk man think I was alone and he could take advantage of me. I WILL NEVER book at this location again and I pray NO woman experiences what I did. I traveled for my birthday only to almost have been assaulted. I dont think I even want to use this site anymore. How do I know I will have a safe location next time?
