Filthy dirty in halls, stairwells, and elevator. Dogs running around. One that had even been sprayed by a skunk. Our room was a smoking room. The fan/vent system was full of crud so circulating air was of no use. We are non smokers.

They are replacing flooring and our room was very stinky and h the new flooring was dirty. The lady at the front desk was not very nice.

The people in the room above us sounded like someone bowling from the hours of midnight thru 4 am, could hear showers toilets flushing. The people next to us said they had the same noise

They gave us a smoking room. We did not request a smoking room. That was fun. But when we checked in, the elderly lady working was not very nice or helpful. I had to interrupt her gossiping with a friend so that she could point me to the location of the stairs. Which she acted like that was a huge bother!

All in all it was ok. Quiet, except the room smelling of smoke and then wanting to charge us more to switch rooms. I

Was nice to have both fridge & microwave as we brought our own food to save money. Beds & bedding were comfortable. Staff was very accommodating with extra towels & coffee.

Older facility, smelled & felt damp but the carpet wasn't too bad.
