The room was clean and had no funny smells. The bathroom area was clean. It was close to the concert we were going to and I would highly recommended staying here.

Just being next to the elevator it was on the wall next to our room. That is the only down fall to the room.

The suite was across from the pool where kids screamed until about 10:30 PM. The desk lamp was missing a light bulb. It wasnt burned out, there was no light bulb installed. The microwave turntable did not spin when reheating food.

In the shower there was no slip resistance on the floor. My wife and I both slip several time and we placed a towel down to keep from slipping

The location was perfect for our needs, the suite was very nice and comfortable.
Negatives:
We prefer firmer mattresses, but that is our preference. We had some difficulty getting the key cards to work on the lock, and the housekeeper did not show up to clean our room. Otherwise the stay was perfect.
Positives:
Comfy good-sized suite room with good facilities for cooking. Breakfast and room service was adequate. There is a laundry room availible if you need to wash clothes (the machines takes quarter coins)
Negatives:
Bathroom was starting to show signs of wear, the splitter for the shower was struggling to separate water between bath tap and shower head.

they stole my money leaving me, and my daughter would nowhere to go. That was all my money. They kicked us out because of an issue at a different hotel that I was going to pay but the syringes were not mine. I found them in my room at the residence inn
Negatives:
I was treated extremely wrong! I was willing to pay the fee for the other hotel, but instead this hotel took my money, let me check in and then told me I needed to leave and kept my money. The only money I had to make sure my daughter and I had somewhere
