I had two rooms. The first you could really smell the smoke in there, and the bathroom did not look to clean. The 2nd one had a jacuzzi in it..it was nice.i enjoyed that one.

Room that we got was in the back and it looked like it was the area that people lived in. Microwave had molded pizza in it. Also the latch for the microwave was not working properly. Shower curtain had a large rip in it. The curtains had holes in them. I told and showed the desk clerk the pizza. Was never offered another room. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels. Only had one small bar of soap. Room had a coffee maker but there was no coffee grounds in order to make coffee. Carpet was dirty and the room had a bad odor.

Nothing that would cause great concern. My wife could not find her cell phone and I pulled out the night stand from the wall and there was a plastic bag. Maybe you will catch that when you do a deep clean of the room.

Room was pretty clean and I had somewhere to stay because my power at home was out due to bad storms. Also staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful.

No security latch lock on door. Bed not too comfortable because I felt springs all night.
