The room not clean. envelope to give money to housekeep had a large wad of hair stuck to the back. The door knob to the bathroom very dirty. we tried to call the desk to complain about the TV we found the phone didn't work. Buffet- OJ was water, etc

Location and price was decent
Negatives:
Many things were either broken or unsatisfactory. The smell in our room was really bad. They had some loud air moving gadget plugged in there when we checked in. The fold out couch was horrible, basically springs covered with a sheet. Unfit to sleep on.

Upholstered furniture in room was stained, breakfast is below average.

The only thing I can say I liked about our stay was the beds were comfortable.

The first room I had gotten the toilet seat was broke n there was duct tape on the toilet seat. They gave us another room n when we pulled the covers back there was a little spot of blood on the sheet. The front desk person gave us a new sheet. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. These problems may seem small but for the money we spent to us the were not.
