The slamming doors, the fighting in the next rooms over, screaming and cussing. Walls are thin so if your looking for good night sleep you won't find it there.

The breakfast was good and had a variety of the typical continental breakfast options (waffles, yogurt, fruit, eggs/sausage, etc). Our bedding and towels were clean.
Negatives:
The walls were thin - we could hear the television from the room next door all evening. Our room had a musty smell. The floors weren't carpeted but still turned the bottom of our socks black.

I was charged for a room then I never got to enter. I put on the Internet that I would like to pay at the time because I don’t like to give my credit card out but they made me get my credit card out. Then they charge the room and I never stayed there.
Negatives:
The staff was very rude when I called back to let them know that I wanted my money back very rude, very rude very rude. The guy that couldn’t speak very good. English was the most rudest the lady at the front of the desk she was as well she was a black lady. I don’t know what her name was, but she was very rude. Very rude. I see why you guys don’t do any business business in Van Buren for Van Buren People

In town for a softball...
Positives:
Good security and location. We really liked the laminate flooring in the rooms.
Negatives:
Elevator stopped working! All parties had to use the stairs
Tiled showers need more than a soap dish for shampoo and such
