Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

cart to unload car had a flat both times we stayed there had to carry stuff in and out of room. breakfast was little or none was told food came on fridays and it was sunday there was none both times we stayed. night man apeared to be upset when I asked where the second cart was, he said he wasnt going to look for it. so I looked and I could not find it anywhere.maybe he could be more helpfull

Front desk attendant at check in was nice and helpful - did not get her name. the fact they are pet friendly was a big plus. i enjoyed watching the planes land/take off from the airport.
Negatives:
My husband and I bought a frozen pizza to have for dinner. We didn't get back to the room until late only to find that the oven did not turn on. Called the desk and was told there was nothing that could be done and we could talk to a manager in the morning. On the pull out sofa bed the mattress looked like it was dragged in from a dumpster. Very dirty and extremely bad condition. Our window in the room was broken which didn't affect our stay at all but just did not look nice. The headboard had handprints and smears on it - very gross! Next morning went to talk to manager and was told they were not in due to it being a weekend. Asked the FD to call the GM and she refused to get in contact with him for us.

I really did like their kitchen and the kitchen equipment. You know you can eat home cooked meals for a hotel can you believe that. And staff is awesome very friendly very nice and always helps you with what you need.

Honestly not that I didnt like it but I wouldve preferred it to be different is the tv I came with my ps5 console and the tv looks very small and old fashion

The staff had little knowledge of what they offered. And customer service was mostly non-existent. Anything you needed for the room you had to go down to the front desk to get it yourself. They don't bring anything to your room.
