Positives:
It had transportation to Disneyland. The room was large. There were restaurants within the hotel.

The bathroom was not as clean as I prefer. The ceiling had water damage abd the shower head was crusted.

This hotel has everything you need inside of it. The grab and go section for food/gift shop is a nice touch. There are two restaurants and the bar menu with daily specials are wonderful! The staff is incredibly helpful.

The hotel rooms themselves are incredibly dated and leave more to be desired for a Disney hotel. Bathrooms are incredibly small.

Positives:
We've stayed for years when we go Disneyland. Hotel itself is clean and straightforward, kind of a "no frills" experience. The shuttle to the park is great and very reliable.
Negatives:
They really need to improve the coffee in the rooms, it's awful. Powdered creamer and cheap coffee. Yuck.

Great customer service, nice hotel, even though there's no room service they have restaurants inside the hotel, very convenient.

The room I got was pretty old. The TV didn't work and the shower didn't drain. Couldn't find an ice machine and last they have a really large deposit

All the staff were very friendly; cafe and bar were pretty good; and the service great! The pool area looked awesome! Wish we had time to enjoy it. Short 15 minute walk to Disneyland; however, the shuttle worked perfect from the Hotel.

Misguided information to get to our room. Told us the wrong elevator. Were not asked for the parking receipt to exchange for the proper one and we got stuck trying to leave. The parking fee is TOO high.

I should be able to receive my money back for this hotel. This hotel was on the freeway and this is a very old hotel and noise was unbearable. Could not even sleep they transferred us to another room with the same exact problem. The first room had spider

Again, there was nothing likable about this hotel very loud, very noisy very old. The room that I was staying in was unkept look like a dungeon the smell was horrific spiderwebs everywhere.

There was a $200 deposit that I was unaware of which is ridiculously high especially for the service or lack of service they provide. We had to buy what we need from the over priced gift shop. We stayed 2 days and our room was never cleaned.
Positives:
Proximity to Disney, pricing and accommodations. Hot rub and pool were heated and a great place to recover after a day's in Disneyland. Japanese restaurant was a big win.
Negatives:
Tub is dated, but okay. Refresh of daily coffee would be a win. The Cafe /deli for breakfast meals is a big negative.
