Positives:
The bed was comfortable, pillows were ok. There was a nice small patio for fresh air. Locks on both doors kept our small child from getting out. Air/heat worked good.
Negatives:
Having to walk down to the lobby to use the microwave was annoying. There should be one in the rooms. Also the toilet didnt flush good.

The location was fantastic. Close to the parks and great eating spots.
Negatives:
The breakfast personnel were very rude. Everyone else was fantastic. They made you feel very uncomfortable just getting the complimentary coffee. They do not let you sit in the huge unoccupied space in the breakfast area if you aren’t paying ridiculous price of 17.00 for a continental breakfast. You can easily walk to Denny’s and spend less for actual breakfast(which we did.)

Pretty basic hotel. Not the nicest but decent for the price. It's just a budget hotel.
Negatives:
The beds were not very comfy.

Beds were small and uncomfortable, the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Extra fees for everything.

Negatives:
Tub barely drained, when unscrewed the cap found a massive hairball from what had to be dozens of guests. Left it off for the maids to see, they just put the cap back on. Water up to my ankles when showering. Also at 630 in the morning a crowd of protesters started chanting and banging drums and working noisemakers about the hotels policies. Beds are also aged and not really that good.
