Location, friendly front desk, nice pool and playground, clean room.
Negatives:
The room had wear and tear that could use love (bathtub plug broken) and our room was situated right next to the fire station so a lot of noise, but we were barely in the room so it wasn't a big deal. Sidewalks weren't accommodating for a double stroller getting to room.

We had a king room and it was so spacious! Really liked having the seating area and kitchen available. The bathroom with the sink and large mirror outside of the toilet and shower area was helpful for getting ready in the morning, and we appreciated having shelving near the bathroom to store our luggage. The breakfast was quite good, and every day had something different. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed the hot tub!
Negatives:
Although our room was listed as a non-smoking room, it REEKED of stale smoke and nothing we did - including leaving sliding door open for several hours on multiple days -- helped. I would have like a more frequent cleaning of the room (once every three days) but it was ok.
