After Wednesday, Apr 17th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Positives: Nothing, It's cheap.

Negatives: Has roaches in the rooms. Rooms only get cleaned every 14 days. I was their a month. The hotel is dog friendly. The carpet in the room was nasty. Plenty of dog poop in the parking area. The rooms are not stocked with dishes/coffee pot. You must ask for them and what you receive is poor quality if they have them. Windows don't open so when people cook they set off the buildings fire alarms and you are forced to evacuate.
