The stairwell door handles on floor 3 and 4 were broken from inside the stairwell so I had to descend back to floor 2 to access the elevator
I also wish you had a bench to sit on while waiting for the Disney shuttle

I loved that the building was clean and that the breakfast area was nice and tidy. I do wish the park was open for breakfast
Negatives:
I didnt like the fact that I was charged twice instead of once in full. Also I slept with no AC the 1st night but they had someone look at it the next day while I was out. And I wasn't expecting anyone to organize my makeup n hygiene products that was abit strange. The bed being made would have been enough but to come clean without the request of it was odd. And the pillows were awful.

the proximity to where I needed to be was good and size of the room.
Negatives:
Not very clean. You could tell minimal cleaning was done in the room/bathroom. Pool area could use some attention as well. The AC in my room also did not work. It was more than 80 degrees and we had to take turns sitting in front of the window that only opened 1 inch to get some cool air. The staff was extremely unhelpful.

I GOT SCABIES!! I BROKE OUT IN A ITCHY BURNING RASH!! I MADE A VIDEO APT WITH MY DR.. AND IT WAS CONFIRMED SCABIES!!! I CAUGHT FROM THE HOTEL. WHEN I BROUGH THIS UP TO STAFF/ MANAGER. THEY SAID IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE! I HAD MY 3 MONTH OLD GRANDSON WITH ME ! THANKFULLY HE DIDNT GET IT!
ALL I WANTED WAS TO CHANGE ROOMS..WE LEFT THAT MORNING!!
