We had left at about 7.30am to go to Disneyland, and when we came back after 8pm, we had found that the cleaner had left our apartment door open. We are unsure as to how long it was open for, and we were very lucky nothing was taken

Sadly when we arrived they told us there was an issue with out reservation due to the property being overbooked and changed our reservation to another motel 6. 15-20 minutes away from Disneyland.
We did have a car and the inconvenience was "minor". But, considering our plan was to be within walking distance, it definitely was disappointing.

Needs some TLC. For example our toilet wobbled and there was a chipped tile in the bathroom. Nothing that wouldnt stop us from staying again.

Positives:
Staff were very friendly. The room had everything we needed, and the bed was relatively comfortable. The TV was a good size with plenty of good channels available to watch. A/C worked great.
Negatives:
Unfortunately there was a cockroach issue. When we first checked in there was a dead cockroach in the middle of the bathroom floor. Over the week we stayed, we found probably around another 10. The initial cleanliness of the property wasnt the best either, (dirty shower, small stains on towels, hair on the ground, shower, towels and in the bed).
We also did end up going to the front desk to opt out of the daily room service, however each day we came back and had seen someone had been in the room. This was fine, and we didnt bring it up to the front desk, but just a little startling to see that someone had been in our room when we were unprepared (had all our personal items out).
The other issue would have been the shower. We got told that we had booked a disability room (which much have been an accident as both of us are able bodied), so the shower was over a bath, instead of a stand-alone shower. Unfortunately, the shower head was not very high, probably about 5 ft, so we both had to bend our knees in order to shower. The water pressure is also very poor. Overall, we didnt let these things bother us, but just something to note for future guests.
