The mattress was comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful.

The phone wasn't connected. One of the lightbulbs was out. The sheer curtains were shredded. The remote control didn't work. For an ADA room, it didn't work. You had to go down the stairs (the elevator didn't work one night).

Access to a separate full-size gym, but it didn't open until 8 am.
Negatives:
mattresses were saggy, pool looked like a swamp, noisy neighbors.

It was very clean. Really loves that. Especially with the property being older.
The staff was very nice.
Negatives:
Shower pressure would go high and then really low when we showered. It made it really hard especially when trying to rinse shampoo out of your hair.
Also the pool was green and very unkept around it. Unpleasant when you look out your room window.
Although I appreciate the lovely coffee and tea set up, it would be nice to get up and have coffee in my room as mostly all hotels I have stayed at.
