Negatives: Tv in our room didn’t work.

Negatives: Dirty, people smoking weed outside, lots of bums, web sites says heated pool & pool is not available. Light in bathroom doesn't work showered in dark. Gap in front door framing clearly see inside room from outside or inside to outside.

Negatives: Well I got the room cause I was freezing and I was there just 2 weeks prior and there was no heat. However, , the very kind manager kindly discounted my room for the 2nd night. This time I stayed and it was already after midnight and pouring down rain I was soaking wet and my mom booked the room for me because it was so cold and raining. I get to the hotel and nobody mentioned a thing about the no heat issue. Needless to say I froze once again and the phone didn't work nor the TV? And no discounts. It was like staying in my car only a tad bit bigger and my car has a heater.

Negatives: upon calling an whole i was checking into the room i was NOT notified that the heater is not working and had to spend money on a heater so my wife nd i wouldn’t freeze!

Negatives: Heater not working. Barely any hot water. Poor WiFi. Girl at front desk is very disrespectful and was cocky about it. I'm reporting everything to the better business bureau. This is un except able. She disrespected me over the phone and in person. My girl friend wants to go down there and kick her ass... No joke!

Negatives: Room was cold as a refrigerator because heat was broke and I was not told upon check in to cancell my stay. Rooms need to be renovated to standards, 1st room had no power, 2nd room change had leaking ceiling from light fixture(hazard), and I had to listen to dripping water all day. The towels had hair on them, was dingy and dirty, so I know they wasn't handle with care to be considered clean to use. I was not concerned if wifi worked, r if bed was cozy, I needed sleep, busy trying to stay warm. I couldn't shower and had to sleep fully clothed in my coats and hood on in bed. My nose was cold and running. My sinus began to bother me. My first and last time ever staying in that place.
