Positives: The rooms are nice at first glance will explain why in a minute.. the front desk are not the best kinda rude and THEY DONT give you Complementary breakfast you either have to pay $10 a person or go to the restaurant in the back of the office which apparently the restaurant isnt part of the hotel and your breakfast that you pay for through the hotel but you get it from the restaurant is a very small list like 4 items and it's very little and wasn't good at all the pancakes were made out of wheat I believe it just didn't take good at all not worth it and the room wasn't the one I paid for which I booked online not to mention rooms were dusty not worth what I had to pay and what I dealt with just to get the room they AC unit was beyond nasty like BEYOND they wanted us to breathe that in NOT OKAY! I cleaned the filters out myself and it was very very unsettling to say the least they always put us in the back which I had it more ran down I feel like and dirty but I cant say for sure seeing how they never put us in the front the ice machine never works in the building they put us in and again IT WASN'T WHAT I PAID FOR AS LISTED then we thought okay we will stay another night we are already here but then she said she had to move us rooms that we cant be upstairs due to having a service dog well I've never heard of that for one and for two we were going to stay for the fact that we didnt wanna move all our stuff again but she said we cant be upstairs hmmm... why is it because there a little nicer then downstairs I didnt pay for that I paid for the one with a balcony but they said I didnt I have my online receipt oh and If you want something to eat from that little refrigerator in the office they only take card NOT CASH
