My check in and check out is horrible, they never told us when we check in that we have a double booking from booking.com they told us when we are already checking out and charged my card twice. I need to cancel my next appointment to resolve the issue. And our TV is not working, we called to fix it but they said there is no technician that day. The key card will work sometimes to open the doors, sometimes it won't.

Never got to stay they over booked non smoking rooms and could not accommodate me due to me having asthma. Worst part they still charged me, I contacted booking.com and they are not helping me get my money back either. I was told they had a smoking room available so it was basically my fault even though I booked a non smoking room. Had to scramble and find another hotel 30 miles away which caused even more of an inconvenience.

Even numbered rooms facing the highway, extremely loud. Other guests constantly slamming the doors in the middle of the night. The area around the hotel looked a little rough.
