It was close to where we wanted to stay.
Negatives:
When I arrived at the property, the check-in staff lady was sitting there eating her lunch at 3:30, She told me that she would help me when she was done with her lunch. We had to sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes until she finished her lunch.
Also, they did not have breakfast which was supposed to be included in the stay. Also, the pool was not operational, which were two of the reasons why I picked the quality in to stay at very disappointing.

The hotel advertised free breakfast but there was no breakfast available not even prepackaged items.

The staff was excellent and dealt with the issues to the best of their ability

There was no breakfast as advertised as there was a health violation due to a refrigerator failing and the sheets had to be changed prior to use as there was a stain and a hair in them

Hotel room were dirty. Soda machine has dust in the machine and open soda displayed. No breakfast because it had been closed that day by the health department. Guess we dodged that one !!!

Staff were very friendly even though there were many problems with our stay. Bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure.
Negatives:
Freeway noise all night long. Train very close. Their breakfast area was shut down by the health dept thus meaning no breakfast even though it was clearly advertised as free breakfast. Hall ways are dirty and obviously not vacuumed. Upon entering my room, there were no Kleenex stocked in the bathroom, it was also missing soap, shampoo and conditioner. This is an indicator that the cleaning staff are not doing a good job. The tub spout was leaking when we arrived and leaked all night long.
