Positives:
Loved the location on the marina. We had a view, but since we attended a wedding the first day, we didn't really get to enjoy it. Of course, the cookies were fantastic. We even gave one to our Uber driver when he talked about the cookies. The lobby is beautiful.
Negatives:
We were in building 3 and got lost getting there more than once in the brief stay. It was frustrating, but probably could have been made easier for us. The rooms are dated. It looks like the lobby was upgraded, but not the rooms.

The directions to the hotel room weren’t enough, we couldn’t find our room and had to get help. In the bathroom, the hot and cold water directions were the opposite and took us some time to figure out without any clear indications

I like the surroundings and like that there is a pool and hot tub.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that this time the pool was too cold and the hot tub too hot. I have stayed here before and loved it. Not this time. It was always a nice serene atmosphere but this time the pool and hot tub had hordes of little children of all ages who were screaming and very wild in the pool shooting water guns. The parents of the two families were oblivious and did not even think to control them. The parents did not see fit to follow the hot tub rules of 6 max and allowed like ten children into it. I had my grandchildren with me only on one night of my two night stay so we can visit and have a good time as I was coming in from NJ and don’t see them often. I wanted them to enjoy the pool and all they could say was that they were not going in because of these unruly kids and they were scared even though some of the other children were younger and some older. My grandchildren are 10 and 8 years old and I had to agree with them. There was absolutely no room in the pool or hot tub especially with all the commotion. Also, they made the place dirty with gum on the floor etc and it remained that way even through the next day because you were short on help. The poor guy who worked could not do everything! I paid extra to have a hotel with a pool. I could have stayed elsewhere.

Breakfast was good. We also had lunch one day that was very tasty. Next to Caesar Chavez park which had great views of the SF Bay and the San Francisco skyline.
