The location of the hotel was great and the rooftop restaurant was beautiful.

The room we booked online was completely different than what we received. We were placed on the oasis side, which is very outdated. We were definitely treated less than since we were not put in the main hotel.

Standard rooms had peeling wallpaper and outdated, hard to use fixtures in the bathroom.

The valet parking service was very good and efficient.

The room service was terrible. They took half an hour to deliver a set of silverware to the room, then another half hour to deliver bottled water. Housekeeping came only twice to clean our room (we stayed 5 nights) with the excuse of Covid measures.

They hotel is very centrally located in Beverly Hills right next to the Waldorf Astoria. I was giving a really basic room in an older part of the hotel. There was Blk hair in the shower and not enough towels

The hotel room key was supposed to get you in& out of the garage but because the reprogramming didnt work on my key and I had it done twice over they kept charging $55 every time I needed to get out of the garage.

No yea or coffee making facilities in the room. Not even an electric jug. I also was declined my request to settle the bill before we left and the invoice was received a few days later. I was charged for a very expensive meal that I did not purchase and it has taken endless emails to try to sort it out. Five weeks later and still no answers. So disappointed

Great staff. Super friendly and helpful. I did ask for a quiet room but was originally placed right next to elevator. I moved rooms the next day and paid for upgrade into main building. Made me question if booking through Booking gets to you the lower end of the options.
