We were charged for a night that was already paid for, we made two trips to the office and finally got it cleared up. we have already received a credit on our credit card, still waiting for the 100.00 for the incidentals that they charge upon arrival.

We loved the location, the view, the room was nice, easy flooring to keep clean, lots of tv channels, great value for the price! Dog friendly!!

The room could use more storage, it needs more places to hang things up and get off the floor. Massive open shower which is great in a way, but water gets everywhere including all over the toilet.

The front staff dont seem to be answering their phone regularly. This is a big detractor for me because I like to talk with them personally to get an upstairs room, and to request a repeat-customer discount.
