Positives: Fresh paint job. A/C nice and cold.
Negatives: The door seal gap: air & light in/out. Bed sheet: burn hole near face. Bathroom tile floor: grout cracked, tiles lifting, unsteady/dangerous. Hair on bathroom floor. Tub painted resurface peeling. Blanket Holy & dirty/stained? No fire strobe in room.

Negatives: I been this hotel every week . Ive used hotel.com and booking.com . Every week they say I dont have. A reservation. And it takes 30 minutes arguing to get my room . Even with me paying a hard of time . Last week they insisted I pay again . So I left to another hotel and they ended up charging my card anyways .

Negatives: Before I arrived I called three times to ask about early check-in, if they required a deposit and if they offered breakfast. The first girl said if I paid in cash it would be a $250 deposit and no deposit if I used my credit/ debit card. The second time I called I was told it depends on whos working the front desk and the third time she said it would be a $100 deposit cash or card. That was the first red flag but other nearby hotels and motels were sold out. There breakfast was ghetto lol. They had a gallon of milk with cereal containers, a loaf of bread and a toaster and some coffee, not at all what I was expecting. Once we got not the room it seemed okay however I was wrong. The bathroom had ants, the toilet seat was disgusting, stained towels, tv didnt work at all and worst of all BED BUGS! Before we realized they had bed bugs I had went to the front desk and told the manager about the tv and she said maintenance would be there in two hours and she would have him bring us a tv from storage but no one ever came. Once we realized we were getting bit up by bed bugs we packed our bags to go to another hotel and I asked if I can be refunded for an early check out and was told they couldnt refund me for an early check out but they would refund me for the that Saturday since I had reserved the room for two days. Not only have I get to be refunded, I was charged twice.. It was a horrible experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
