The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Negatives:
I did not like that the room smelled so strongly of Marijuana that we had to spray, open the windows and doors to be able to sleep. I did not like the bugs in the shower and on the towels, and I did not like the loud obnoxious guests in the hall at 2am.

Clean rooms , next to the Commons where I could walk and have dinner close by.

The location was great. It was within walking distance of a lot of good entertainment and food. It was near the free way with easy on and off access.

The door key cards just randomly deactivate, which was very inconvenient. There was something on the wall that looked like blood. You could hear people walking above us and slamming doors all hours of the day and night. They charged for unsecured parking.

Location, location, location! Its walking distance to an abundance of stores. The bed is so comfortable!!! Walking through the hallways, you smell a gorgeous smell. The room has a contemporary boho feel which we love.
Negatives:
Some of the staff are more experienced and professional than others.The manager exudes class and professionalism clearly seeking to give each customer a true sense of service. Rooms were dusty and needed more cleaning.

Unfortunately my new car got hit while parked.... Possibly the spaces are a bit narrow
