Our room was dirty and odd. The remodeled rooms were much better. For what we paid, I would have expected better accommodations. The outdoor hot tub was also out of service which was disappointing considering the waters of Calistoga were one of the main reasons we were there.

The facilities were very beautiful, and we absolutely loved the location.
Negatives:
We were in a conjoining ADA room, and it was very noisy, we could easily hear our neighbors through the conjoining doors. We also would have liked to have lotion included in the bathroom amenities. The body wash dispensor was broken too, and we couldn't unscrew it to manually pour it out. Also, the hot tub was broken, which was a disappointment.

Beautiful setting and the new facilities outside the room, including the restaurant were new and nice. The room was clean.

The hot tub was closed due to construction so I wish the outdoor pools were just a bit hotter since thermal water is available. The room was very minimal, including no plug points in kitchen and by the big mirror ( for use of the hair dryer if bathroom occupied). A microwave would have been nice. It was very basic. The “artwork” was comical.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Free beverages for your room. The property has a nice courtyard by the pools. Loved the lighting in the courtyard. It poured rain both days but the pool was open and being used. Bikes were also available for free to use. The interior design was spot on.
