Negatives:
1. I am a disable man and requested a room close to the front desk and door, I was sent to the rear of the Hotel some 150 feet which being on Oxygen and unable to walk very well was trying at the least, this was the only room they had according to the front desk, we even called and explained my disability with the front desk the night before our arrival and explained we needed a room close to the front desk as explained. 2. The Handicap parking was far from the door which made the walk even that much further, especial in the heavy rain that occurred during our stay. 3. The Bed had a big dip in the center of it and it was uncomfortable. 4. There was no coffee packets in our room and the front desk wanted me to come to the front desk for coffee packets and when I explained I was alone at the time and I was a Handicap, they still did not want to bring it to the room and I went without coffee. 5. The morning breakfast was terrible and not what you expect from a Hampton Inn.

Staff couldn’t control noisy guests above us. Cops finally came. 3 nights of almost no sleep and my husband is fighting cancer. Rest is crucial.
