They stopped serving breakfast from our previous visit, poor cleaning, leaving towels and trash in halls, since Covid you have to due everything and pay more for room.

Location is great, size of room with sofa good, furniture is old and room not maintained.

We had a one bedroom queen suite which I did not realize when booking. This was amazing with a toddler in towno one below us to disturb, a table to eat at, and a bedroom door that could be closed for getting a sleepy kiddo to relax in a new place. We will be staying here again!

The property is located directly across from the beach. It is close to a couple of restaurants within walking distance, and within a mile or two plenty of shops and restaurants. The gal at the reception desk when we arrived was so polite and very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.
Negatives:
Needs a little TLC as far as touch up paint and some deep cleaning, left dirty laundry on the floor in the hallway for 1 whole day, didnt check to see if our trash needed emptying.
