Positives:
The pool area was the best part. The gardens and yard were good for our small grandchildren to play in. The staff was very good. Front desk staff was great.
Negatives:
Our room was out dated. The rooms look we not pretty. There was rust on the door hardware . We could hardly open our sliding door, it took two men and a boy! There was not a microwave in our room We couldn’t turn on our heat when we got there. The heat had to be manually turned on in the ceiling by maintenance staff upon our request. What a strange situation.

Positives:
Location is great. Reception staff was friendly. Replacement room was provided quickly. Well kept grounds and pretty pool area.
Negatives:
No warning on booking that hotel is under renovation and pool would not be heated, found out about unheated pool after booking and renovation on arrival. Hotel charges $75 deposit for potential damage, yet upon arrival, balcony screen door was not attached, dresser drawers being kept from rolling open with tape, front door sticks and has to be pushed hard to close. Moved rooms since cable not functional, second room bathroom door sticks.

Positives:
There wasn’t any breakfast we were told about? Not sure if that’s a default question but if there was that’s a bummer we weren’t told. The rooms were nice liked that actual soap was provided instead of bars of soap.
Negatives:
The amenities weren’t very good the outlets fried both my boyfriends and I charger and the jacuzzi was out of service which sucks I would have gone to another hotel had I know ahead of time. The lighting was alittle poor as well. Would have liked a breaksfast included alittle pricey for minimum amenities.
