The hotel is located within a few streets from IHOP and a major grocery store. The pool area is very pretty and is surrounded by Palm trees.

Being right off the highway it is in a residential area and close to the beach but doesnt have a beach view.

It was easy and no fuss. Close to the center of Carpinteria and shops.
Loved the 2 double beds! My mom and I had all the space we needed to sleep off our jet-lag.

Ants, dirt, bit o mold. Lighting fixtures panel fell onto bed in middle of night, the panel had bugs and dirt on it and could have hit us in head or face. Oops this is what I did not like.
