We were very tired from our drive from Oregon and woke up late she allowed us to chk or 30min late. It was very kind of her

I didn't stay that night it smells really bad in the room it was really dirty and grimy looking I didn't want to spend the night in that room was really disgusting I couldn't believe that was so bad I thought maybe at first it was just me but I looked around and it was really nasty the lady was really rude at the window and I can't believe how bad that room was I've never seen anything so horrified in my life it look like a 60s crime scene and then I had to pay 50 bucks for he I didn't even say the night I feel I should be reimbursed because I didn't say because it was so horrible I really never seen a motel or hotel that would look that bad this place needs to be upgraded and he should take them off your booking list cuz it's not right it was really really bad I even took pictures of it it looks so bad it was awful I told the lady I look bad it was really dirty and stunk and she just left and I told her well at least he deposited back and she gave me the key deposit but I think I should be reimbursed for the room so it was unacceptable

On this app said check in be at 2, but at the property said at 3. Si when I arrived the lady said that my room wasnt ready, will be ready after 3:30. But I dont want to come back just to get the key. I told her to give me the keys I wont get in in till night time. They gives me the keys but at the end the keys didnt work snd I have to go back to the reception to get another key. I loses my wallet I dont have ID at the moment. They dont want to give me another keys because I dont have my ID my kids where tired I was sleepy and their lady was very rude with me
