Staff is awesome the rooms are nice All around The BEST STAY EVER here in Chico. IT'S EFFORTLESS MAKING ANOTHER RESERVATION AND RENEWING RESERVATIONS IT'S JUST AWESOME THEY MAKE IT REALLY EASY. OTHER PLACES I SPENT MORE TIME MAKING RESERVATIONS KEEPING UP WITH THE RENT MAKING SURE THAT EVERYTHING GOES RIGHT IN HERE IT'S EFFORTLESS I LOVE IT!! THANKS BEST WESR

It was too close to the freeway and the empty big box store that was right next to the hotel was very off-putting. The pet friendly room was right next to the employee laundry and was loud during the day. At night, the walls and ceilings were so uninsulated that we could hear talking and stomping around from all sides.

Clean, roomy and quiet for three people for overnight visit. Seemed secure with interior corridor and key locks. Parking was good and they had luggage racks to help move our suitcases.

The staff was awesome, big kudos goes out to Best Western staff member Angela H. She went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect. Hotel was safe and clean. Definitely recommend this hotel to family and friend's.
