This hotel has nothing that I can say it to be best in. When it came to location it was so far off the grid that it took for ever to get there. Traffic was horrible all hours of the day and I didnt understand why they had soo many electric vehicle spots

The room hallway and the rooms had this fragrance that was soo overwhelming that it gave me a headache. The pillows and the bed were super uncomfortable making hard to get a good nights rest. The equipment was substandard for the what they advertised.

Greatly appreciated the excellent and gracious customer service received from Karen and her staff! The spacious room we stayed in was well appointed and very clean. Also enjoyed the free offered amenities - buffet breakfast, internet and parking.

Breakfast was awesome, staff was awesome, room was great. Shower and bed are both very nice. Tv and office space was solid as well.
Negatives:
Fridge is not cold enough. I turned it up to 6 (max) and it wasnt cold. My coffee creamer ended up going back by the end of the second day. It was brand new and sealed when I arrived.

The location cannot be beat! You got everything you can possibly need within a few miles! If I am ever in Chula Vista again I would definitely stay here again.

My only complaint was that my key card to my room was deactivated at around 11:30am when check out was at 12pm.

Bed was comfortable and pillows were great. The room and bathroom were very large. Our room was a single bed room, but looked as if it could accommodate two king sized beds. The breakfast has a lot of options and was great.
Negatives:
Floors were a bit wet when we arrived as if they were recently shampooed and not dry enough, but not too bad. Just enough to notice the dampness.
