Dog friendly. The rooms are large.

The elevator malfunctioned. I told the staff but nothing was done. 2 kids were stuck after it dropped from 4th to 3rd floor then the door stuck. their family member was able to get the doors opened. Still staff did nothing

Police constantly patrolling the lots which is a great safety issue, but speaks to the obvious rise in local crime. Staff very friendly and helpful.

First 10 parking spaces much to narrow even though we had a mid sized car. After those first ten they were normal sized and easy to access the car without fear of damaging other adjacent vehicles.

The staff the lady I had go into it with her because her attitude is HORRIBLE ! Teach your staff to be more respectful they never know who they might be dealing with or what a person is thinking.
The bathroom has rusty spots in the tub. Pieces of hair left. Like clean the bathroom up properly. Upstairs all you hear is stomping and running.

Reserved family suite and got regular room. Found 2 roaches in dresser the next morning. I reported it and checked out the next morning. The hotel refused to give me the price difference for the first night. I reported it to Booking.com and never received a response.

I was completely bamboozled, thats not even a days inn! Its a red roof in and those are so ghetto! The pictures were fake, Im completely upset and want my money back.

I sent a email to the staff as soon as I checked in about how dirty the floors were. He tried to reassure me that they were in the middle of getting them re done. I asked why the name was different he said because they just got bought out. The fact that the name was different on booking.com and google is NOT Okay! I have videos and pictures of just how filthy that room was. It was so dirty we only slept, kept our shoes on and slept on top of the sheets. I sent another one mail yesterday and wasnt offered a refund. I hope someone fixes this because I am livid. The bathroom was disgusting, the walls were filthy. The worst place Ive ever stayed in my life. I mean as soon as I parked there were prostitutes all in the front. Mislead by everything and Im mad!
