Room was very small. Okay for 1 night.

Even though almost everything was bad, we did sleep very well because we had an exhausting day of driving. It was pretty quiet. Gave us a new room when first one had broken shower head. Better but still gross.
Negatives:
Owners attitude when we expressed concern about location and other guests. Transients living there (owner denies this). Dirty bedding and floor. Horrible shower head. Towels smelled like cigarette smoke. Saggy bed. If we hadnt been so tired and in the middle of nowhere, we wouldve left even though we couldnt get a refund.
