The front desk staff was very unfriendly, and my room was inundated with ants. The couch had holes, the desk chair looked like it had been clawed to death by a street cat, and the pictures on the wall had obvious water damage.

Its always a smooth start when Im there and all the workers there are helpful. The cleaning lady is also sweet and checking if we need anything every morning.

No, I was just disappointed the jacuzzi was closed. The main reason why we book this hotel for my kids. But other than that everything was perfect and the bed is very comfy.

The staff except for the night auditor Fernando was ( EXTREMELY) disrespectful and very unprofessional and loud n told your business to the entire hotel guest(other) than that they ( the staff, maids, maintenance and front desk staff all were very nice

The night auditor Fernando and his non appreciation for others, n their financial situations that can possibly happen by a simple bank error and will embarrass you regardless of what is current

A guest n banking nightmare

This is a complicated one.
The place was gorgeous. Amazing lobby.
It's a really spacious, luxurious place.
The initial room we had was huge & we really liked it. Unfortunately, we were moved to a smaller room, that wasn't quite as nice.
The staff was pretty accommodating & nice.
I had no issues with them.
Negatives:
We had a long day leading up to our check-in. We drove all the way from Southern Oregon coast. Went to a concert in Concord. We were both very tired, looking forward to a comfortable stay at a nice hotel.
When we checked in, the guy informed me that there was a charge to park in their lot. There was no mention of this on booking.com. I've never had to pay for parking at a hotel before. I was a little surprised. Thankfully, he waived the fee. Be ready for that charge though.
So after bringing a couple loads of stuff from the car, my daughter says to me that she saw something move under our suitcase. I approach the suitcase & something scurries under the curtain. At this point, I'm hoping it's a spider, cuz I could live with that... kinda. I didn't want it to be a roach or mouse.
I move the curtains & it comes darting towards me. I stomp it a couple times. Once it's dead, I put it in one of the plastic cups & walk it downstairs. My kid is freaked out. Hell, I'm a little freaked out.
I show the front desk person. Explain the situation. They move us to another room.
Unfortunately, it's not a double bed, & the room is smaller, & the bathroom was tiny.
The next day, they refunded half of the cost of the room. Still paid $70. I guess it was alright. My father felt I should have gotten the room for free, & I think there's an argument there.
Just glad they did something. Feel like they attempted to make things right.
It is located right by an airport. It wasn't an issue for us, per se, but it should be noted. Probably factors into the price.
