small and noisy bed, they only clean your room if you ask, room with noise from the highway, we asked to change, they didn't, saying the hotel was 100% occupied.

The accommodation charged me twice and is not responding on any channel. I prepaid through a website and afterwards Four Points charged me the whole amount again.
Usually that’s not a problem and it can happen. But not responding or reacting to my or the websites inquiries is untrustworthy!
