I liked that it was close to where I needed to be.
Negatives:
I didn’t like that the hot tub was dirty with green foam and slime. The pool was very warm to the touch of the water and very murky. Made me feel really dirty, like the water wasn’t clean. Also there were hairs in my shower on my first day of arrival and I have very long blonde hair not black. The staff was ok.

Price/value. Hyatt in delano is not much more, but quality is very noticeable. Unfortunately we had to stay at best Western bc our plans were last minute and hyatt was unavailable. Hyatt amenities and services are higher quality, too. The tv wasn't plugged in, so it took a bit to figure out why it wasn't working. The cable remote receiver was also unplugged. Wasn't the easiest access to fix it, since it is placed up against the wall on the dresser. AC filter needs replacing or cleaning - smelled musty. The door needs to be wiped down or painted. It's more of $100/nt stay vs the $175/nt. Needed to grab more conditioner/shampoo/soap for the shower bc it want stocked when we arrived. Just the little details added up and doesn't make it worth the price paid.

I was very upset about the state of your breakfast You had no waffles but you had the waffle turned on when I asked for it you guys still never came and filled it I came back an hour later and still nothing You guys barely had anything to offer there was crappy fruits and there was no cereals and there was nothing in the bakery bin it was just really horrible I'm so upset and irritated at this location cuz they've never been like that before so they're just really half ass now and I will not be staying here again

The indoor pool/jacuzzi and sauna was very nice, the room was spacious for 4 people and the beds were comfortable.

The loudness from the other rooms and I had to complain they only went quite for an hour and then it happened all night although the staff apologized it still was not cool. Also the Jacuzzi needs to be cleaned and I've been waiting for the sauna to get fixed for more than a year
