Room was not in nice shape. Walls were all scratched up, interior door was cracked, mold in the shower. Did not have housekeeping for 2 days even after complaining. Heard several other people when we were at front desk complaining about various things.

Yes, it was cold and they would not unlock the heat they gave us a little heater to heat the room. the served breakfast for the Buffett and told us we could only eat one time. My children were still hungry. I did not enjoy my stay

Not once did they emptied our garbage Did not gave us clean towels Did not restock the toilet paper Dirty underneath the beds Only gave us breakfast tickets for 2 persons when their is 5 in my family I was charged $15 a day for parking!!!

Staff was horrible. Treated my adult children like thugs. Security followed my kids around while they were exploring the hotel. A/c in room was turn on automatically but would not blow cold air just neutral air. To many things were wrong. Not enough space

Positives:
The beds are very comfy and I like the black-out curtains that allow for that additional sleep in time! The room is well-equipped and is like a studio apartment!
Negatives:
The breakfast hours during the week start very early, 6-9 am but on the weekends, they are 7-10. I believe they need to be consistent all week. There are several events during the weekend and it can get very loud between the music and the bar. I would suggest staying on the 3rd floor (Room 330 is the best) or any "corner unit" on any floor above the 3rd.

Location! Close to 4 freeways made it easy to get around! The staff were so nice and they messaged me daily to check on us. Free drinks at night! The free breakfast was ok.
